RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we accept eligible returns in accordance with the policy below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.

  • Be in their original condition.

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned with original packaging.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

RETURN SHIPPING

A return shipping fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the customer’s refund amount.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are properly packaged and shipped in accordance with any return instructions provided by Line Dry.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.

To assist with the resolution process, we may request photographs and additional information regarding the issue.

Claims submitted after seven (7) days of delivery may not be eligible for review or replacement.

REFUNDS

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, less any applicable return shipping fees.

Please allow additional time for your financial institution or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

RETURN REFUSAL

Line Dry reserves the right to refuse any return that:

  • Shows signs of wear, washing, use, damage, or alteration.

  • Is missing original tags or packaging.

  • Is returned outside the return window.

  • Does not otherwise comply with this Return & Exchange Policy.

If a return is refused, the item may be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

POLICY CHANGES

Line Dry reserves the right to modify this Return & Exchange Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting to the website.
